Our Story
Startinbox was founded in 2025 by Ngozi Annastasia Njoku, a product manager passionate about building better systems for innovation. It began with a simple observation: while organizations invest significant time and resources into supporting entrepreneurs, many still rely on disconnected tools, manual workflows, and fragmented data to manage programmes and measure impact.
Across accelerators, innovation challenges, universities, government initiatives, and development programmes, enormous effort goes into identifying, supporting, and funding promising founders. Yet the systems behind those programmes often remain fragmented and difficult to manage.
Applications arrive through a tool. Reviews happen in spreadsheets. Founder updates live in emails. Progress tracking is inconsistent. Reporting becomes a manual exercise months later, making it difficult to understand what worked, demonstrate impact, and make evidence-based decisions.
We built Startinbox to bring every stage of an innovation programme into one platform—from screening applications and coordinating reviews to tracking founder progress, measuring outcomes, and generating reports that stakeholders can trust.
